We specialize in 24/7 cab booking call center services, handling ride reservations, inquiries, and customer support.
One seat equals 24 hours of service, covered by three agents working in 8 hours shifts to ensure all day availability.
The seat price is calculated per active agent per hour, meaning you are charged £4 per seat for every hour of service provided. (If agents work 24 hours a day, the cost would be £96 per day for one seat/3 agents).
Yes! If you opt for 2 seats, you will receive a £0.50 discount per seat, reducing the price to £3.50 per seat per hour instead of £4.00 (£84 for 24 hours per seat service) Similarly, if you opt for 3 or more seats, you will receive a discount of £1.00 reducing the price to £3.00 per seat per hour (£72 for 24 hours per seat service)
If one agent works 24 hours a day, the cost would be £96 per day. For a full month (30 days), the approximate total would be £2,880 per seat per month at the standard rate of £4 per hour. If you choose multiple seats, discounts may apply.
